Vincent hails from the vacation capital of the United States (back in the 70’s), The Pocono Mountains of Pennsylvania. With an early career of selling ketchup to people wearing white gloves, he knew the restaurant business was for him. Unless he’s traveling the world, you can always find Vincent in the restaurant (he’s the bald one with the tattoos). Make sure to stop him and ask him about his love of noodles.
